An attempt at showing some aspects of particle colliders through a "game".
The game can be downloaded for OS X and for Linux. I don't guarantee it works on either, depending on what OS version you have.
You are supposed to be able to arrive at a configuration like this:

It shows a model of the two rings of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), the four crossing points of the beams at the experiments and the two injection lines. ATLAS is between the injection lines at the bottom, CMS is on the opposite side of the rings, and Alice and LHCb are to the right and left respectively.
The blue and red dots represent bunches of particles.
But you don't have to start out with something as complex as a model of the LHC, you can start simply:
