And perhaps the nicest of them all: taken after the Advisory Committee meeting of the WWW Consortium, in Tokyo, June 1997. This one was made by Håkon Lie at dinner. It shows me, sitting between Tim Berners-Lee and Ted Nelson. Tim and Ted are clearly engaged in a serious debate about some hypertext phenomenon behind my back, while I'm discussing philosophy with Håkon, who was sitting opposite me and took the photo.
